Rules for Joining

These are the rules you must abide by. They aren't very tough, so you can relax ^_^.

1. The main thing that is needed to participate is an icon, 32x32 pixels in size to be added to the quilt. This icon should show the senshi you have added to the clique, and if you have a group, it should be the leader/main senshi, since you can only place one senshi for the list. The icon should be made with a sprite image (of any type) of your senshi, and must have a border of 1 pixel in the main color of your senshi - as well as the initials of your senshi somewhere on the image. Example: Sailor Starseed = SS; Sailor Quaoar = SQ.

2. You must submit a valid email so that we may contact you with information concerning the project. We will not spam you nor give away your mail to other people.

3. For this to have sense, your senshi must have a page, with profiles, and info on their history. A complete story is not necessary. Also, image galleries are a plus, but don't worry if you don't have any, if you have a good description, the staff will make the necesary sprite for you and can also make the icon.

4. When applying, make sure both your email and site are correctly spelt. Any broken sites, or mails will simply be deleted.

5. This isn't mandatory, but you'll be missing a lot if you don't: Please join the forum, so you can participate actively of the community. You will be able to ask for reviews of your senshi, art requests, trades and even layout help/requests.

6. If you ever change your site and/or mail, please let us know immediately, so we can change your information!

7. In the form, where it says ready? place 'set'.

8. The code MUST be present on your page before you send in the form. If Hikaru or Lorelei cannot find it, your application will be sent back.
